This is the first collection of the Brand Simoni Textile designs for Autumn-Winter 2010-11. The collection is called “Rose Garden” and consists of hand-woven handbags, scarfs capes and earrings.
Some of the accessories are decorated with handmade embroidered buttons, and lace. The fabrics follow a tweed technique. The yarns which are used for the fabric are: pure cotton, pure merino wool, mohair and fancy yarns.
The inspiration for this collection was drawn from the Victorian era, and mostly from the pastel colors of the embroidered roses found on the clothing and interior of that era. The collection is very romantic and aims to bring back a vintage feel.
